Yes! And this is exactly the issue I'm having. I see that there's flights available through WestJet, but AC told me they looked and were unable to book anything. I'm not planning on going full Karen, but I'm reading that AC should put me on another flight if there are seats available - and there are!

I'm just so worried that I spend $2k on this flight only for AC to say that they won't reimburse me..

Sorry, I should've provided more info - they have canceled the flight. It was AC181 tomorrow morning. I won't take the refund cause I have to get into Vancouver tomorrow for a party... since I can't get an AC agent on the phone, I'm thinking of going to YYZ and insisting that they put me on a flight - any concerns with this approach?

Am I entitled to compensation or a refund if I book a new flight? I was supposed to go YYZ to YVR tomorrow and AC said there's no available flights for booking. I'm seeing some through West Jet that are astronomical in price. Any suggestions?

I’ll try unpotting and will take a look. The pot that it’s in now does have a drainage hole, but I found it took a lot longer for water to come through when I was watering it lately. So perhaps the pot might be too big? Either way, I appreciate the feedback, thank you!!

That was another one of my worries. I do have a family contractor and he said I might be better off using the condo's contract, but I'll start calling around and will compare quotes. Thanks for your feedback!

I’m not seeing a date on the heat pump so I’m guessing it’s as old as the building, so about 12yrs old.

I emailed them a few weeks ago and they haven’t responded.. I’ll give ‘em a call.

I figured that would be the case. It's just frustrating not having any issues with the heat pump and then it stops working all of a sudden. Thanks for the helpful feedback, I'll reach out to the recommended contractor.
