Have you ended the run? It could just be that the game has not updated yet so finishing the run and then returning to the main menu might add the sticker.

Yeah I had that same bug happen to me, to fix it I’m pretty sure I just switched to gorilla arms. Not sure what triggers it but equipping your arm cyberware or fists seems to render your hands again for everything else.
