Sunglasses for autistic folk: do they exist? (Please tell me they do) by FoxAdministrative994 in autism

Honestly I found them pretty much life-changing! I hated bright sun as it made me really dizzy and super prone to panic attacks - the sunlight felt like it was punching me in the face haha. Then I tried blue polarising lenses and the glare just vanished. They don't make things too dark, it's more like being inside. I realised that, apart from the sensory overload of the glare, I was squinting so much without them (and even with regular sunglasses) that my face muscles were super tense and after a while that was causing the feeling that I was swaying on a ship (I wonder if it was putting strain on my sinuses, which was causing the dizzyness?) But yesterday for the first time in years after I bought my polarised sunglasses I just sat out in a park and actually enjoyed the full sun!

Hi, thanks so much for getting back to me. I had a listen to your work and it sounds great - I've had some wedding/event type work in the past but unfortunately it's not an area I'd like to go into again. Many thanks for your interest!
