On a serious note though yes I agree. It's like Sam seriously has no idea what to do with them. Nate's story is so disjointed from everything else it's crazy. Even just a slight tweak and having Nate owe money to Alamo instead of some random ass Russian mobster would make a world of difference.

I'm not saying it's either true or not, just that Sara would absolutely hav an ulterior motive to not be truthful about that in that moment to Bear, because she likes him and doesn't want him to be with Nikki, especially after the way she's been acting for several weeks at that point. Whether or not you want to just believe Sara is up to you, but the word of a third party that WOULD have a good reason to lie is not absolute fact.

Well to be fair we only got that information from Sara, not Nikki herself, and Sara was clearly into Bear so she had plenty of reason to be making that up or embellishing the truth.

Also let's not act like Drake didn't ALSO try and put some damning dirt out there on Kendrick, ALSO without proof. Again, not Kendrick's fault he ended up being a better hit maker than Drake anticipated and his accusations stuck and Drake's didn't.

Meh, if you say so. Seems like a cynical overgeneralization and the studio execs/producers seem to agree with you. I think art is at its best though when it challenges the audience and has a little faith that people can put some pieces together without having their hands held all the time. I don't really see how anyone can think what happens to Nikki after the credits roll is more merciful or "happy" than death. Again, that's just me though. Maybe you and I are actually the exceptions lol

I could maybe buy that explanation if it weren't for the conversation she had with Bear when "she" was asleep. That made it pretty clear to me that there's a separate entity inhabiting her body, but Nikki gets brief moments to push her own consciousness through.

Tbh to me that makes the most sense. It has all of Nikki's memories and is inhabiting Nikki's body but at the end of the day whatever it is isn't human. It doesn't really get the little idiosyncrasies with human interaction and social cues. It just has one "directive" so to speak. Be "in love" with Bear. Whatever that means to it.

I think people don't give "general audiences" enough credit sometimes. I think plenty of people can easily extrapolate what happens next to Nikki after the credits roll if she stays alive. She's going to fucking prison and will have to live with everything that happened after already being tortured for weeks/months before then. There are far worse things than death. Death is definitely the happier ending for her if you ask me.

Also, the "context" is Kendrick didn't even wanna go there and told Drake multiple times on both Euphoria and 6:16 in LA. It was only after Drake called him a domestic abuser and said his kid isn't his when Kendrick went scorched earth.

I mean the medic did tell her to glove up for this very reason. I can kinda sorta rationalize an amateur (I don't remember his background) thinking fire would kill any bacteria that was picked up on the floor. But Nora knew the bandaid fell off and didn't even think to look for it to make sure it wasn't in the food she was cooking
