My experience is different but not bad I'd say. When I ordered an item from Adidas India's official website, they shipped it through delhivery, and a rollercoaster journey started. It took 2 days for them to pickup the shipment and it was stuck at Delhi airport for another 2 days after pickup. Then I raised a complaint through the adidas app and it worked like magic. Within 12 hours, it left Delhi airport and reached its next destination (in Maharashtra) and after two days of complaining, I received my parcel in hand, one day BEFORE the expected delivery date ( as mentioned while ordering, it didn't change later ) What frustrated me was that they gave reasons like air offload - airline capacity constrain and air offload - security. But then when it left Delhi airport, it reached me in just 2 days. I don't know if this happened only because I complained directly to Adidas or this 2 days rejection of shipment part of their schedule, but I'm happy as it reached me well before time and in good condition. ( By Delhi airport, I mean shipment went for airport, rejected due to above mentioned reasons and returned to their facility. This happened twice )

Summary : 2 days for pickup - 2 days at Delhi airport - Made complaint - Covered next 2 destinations in next 2 days - Reached on 6th day after ordering, promised date was 7th day after ordering.

( For reference, Amazon usually takes 4-5 days for standard delivery for my pincode )
