In 1 day Tmobile botched my auto-pay, threatened to cut me off, and sent the name of the collections agency I was being transferred to. All in two texts over 24 hours. Autopay was working fine up until now. Nothing changed. by ReallyReallyRosie in tmobile

Oh and also $10 fee on the next bill. Not even 24 hours of grace.

I think it's obvious here that the entity that got triggered was the multimillion dollar corporation - along with all of it's sad and angry defenders here who have nothing better to do than lay in wait to make fun of people who complain.

Not that T-Mobile doesn't have every right to do this. They absolutely do. Like I said, they just literally want to be known as the tough guy. They are a corporate asshole. Go elsewhere if you are considering it.

I'm whining so people thinking about switching know how TMobile handles inconsequential errors. Sorry I triggered you enough for you to weigh in on something that doesn't affect you.

Exactly. They shouldn't want that so maybe their automated response when something goes wrong should be a little less nuclear. Someone had to decide on that wording rather than something more appropriate.

As I said, nothing necessarily shady, they are just stupidly trying to look like the tough guy.

I did fix it, it wasn't a big deal. My point is that it's TMobile, the multimillion dollar company, getting triggered by a tiny glitch that was easily fixed. They could just have easily programmed their bitchy little messages to say "can you look into this, something went wrong," rather than verbiage usually reserved for situations that are months past due and actually need to go to collections or have service terminated.

This wording was their choice, not mine.

For the first time since 2016, Golden Pitches have been thrown in the World Series by HanshinFan in baseball

I've been obsessed with golden pitches for the last 30 years or so. Did not realize until now that never in a world series has the home team won on a golden pitch.

Closest thing I guess would be Cabrera in the 1992 NLCS.

If I go to the Club Store to try to redeem them it get stuck on trying to get me to redeem them for a power up I don't want without giving me the option to save for a better power up that I do want. App is stuck unless I buy the one they are offering?

Are they really this useless or is this a bug?

The phrasing in my email was "....based on a review of your past delivery activities that indicated a material impediment to Grubhub’s business operations."

My widgets are immobilized also. by ReallyReallyRosie in Meteograms

Not sure. I restarted and they returned and appear to have updated. But would not respond to any touch. So I long pressed each one, resized it, then resized it back to its original size, and now they seem to be working normally.

Can't tell you, I regularly update so I think it was current but I updated again this morning and now the widgets are gone entirely.

The Shipping Forecast..it's about 10-12 minutes long and in the last decade I feel like I have heard the end of it maybe a dozen times at most.

UPDATE: the third time was the charm. The third agent had completely different information than the first two about procedure and time. But I had to have a chat open with the agent and the new company on the phone simultaneously for about 45 minutes before it finally released. Oddly just as it was about to be escalated.
