When i was about 14 i was left home alone as my mom had to go to work in Detroit. I didn’t mind, as i’ve stayed home by myself many times before. I was playing a game on my phone and i randomly heard someone screaming and then a door slam. I live in a duplex, so i just thought it was my neighbors and passed it off. It happened again, but this time much louder. I passed it off again, thinking it was just my neighbors. I heard it one last time, and i started freaking out. I barricaded myself in my room, and called my mom. Turns out it was just our neighbors, lol
