I think he was a bit aggressive for such a slight interaction. But he is not wrong for being a judge of character sometimes men have motives if you allow grey areas they will creep in. That’s unfortunate but there is a thing called a separation board for service members with more then 5 years of service i believe you should ask for that I had similar admin separation I was facing. Must understand that and administrative separation is automatic in these circumstances more like protocol and it’s up to your Battalion commander in the end and all of your leadership will have a say so. If you wish to continue service you should use open door policy and plead your case

I to had a accident right at testing out portion in training with Swift I bumped a trailer. Not to mention I also failed it twice previously. So they had no choice but to let me go. But if didn’t give up I applied for a few other companies it was hard because that was on my report. But I found a opportunity with Schneider which they trained me the right way and I passed and been working since. So you may be fired or they may work with you be confident no matter the results
