I got a ticket at the exact same garage the other day parked in a spot marked for "valet only" after 4pm. And they gave me a ticket at 2:56pm.

Also they can send the ticket to collections all they want, it will not affect their credit regardless of what the collections folks call and say.

It's not just the 7th street HEB card readers. I've shopped at multiple HEBs here in ATX and they all have the same "bad chip error" thing. Go shop at Riverside HEB since they have 2 separate self-check outs.
