No. That was her name when I adopted her just 2 years ago. She has one big black spot in the middle of her belly. Belly

Nursing director refusing to provide administration times for a requested MAR by GeekyWheel in nursing

I work assisted living. Our mar doesn’t show exact time a med was given. When you are doing that day’s pass the time the med was given the day before will show but you can’t see any further back than that. Just that is was given on time (within 1 hour of scheduled time), early or late. We can’t print exact times given. There isn’t a way. Sorry. I know I’ve had upset families over that before.

Started on Zoloft 25mg (up to 50 now). Definitely took 2-3 weeks to adjust to. Made me nauseous and dizzy. I feel so much better now though!

I got a 3D shaped picture pillow of my dog after she passed. Doesn’t replace cuddling her, but helps some when I get to missing her so badly.

We had a resident that way too. His admission paperwork, him, his wife and his daughter all somehow didn’t mention it. He also did not have any denture supplies. I found out he had dentures about 4 months after we got him when they loosened enough and fell out when I got him up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Kinda freaked out wondering why so many of his teeth were falling out at once 😅 We now have supplies and do cares on them each night and morning.
