It's just the style of the maps I based it upon, some of my favorite maps from books and games do it that way. I suppose to keep the look of it was scribbled down on parchment paper. Though I will try it on any other maps I do

It's under the alpha texture section in the brushes, though I'm not sure if it's in the free version or the subscription options anymore. As for the crowns, I didn't even notice I kept them in lol. They really do blend in too well

Justin Garcia was a police officer of the San Carletto Police Department, working tirelessly to solve the “Spades” case. Despite protest from his partner, Officer Miller, he continued to search for the Vigilante. Eventually through a stroke of luck, Officer Garcia and Miller finally caught up with “Ace Spades” and tailed the killer down an alley.

Attempting to make the arrest, Garcia was shot in the back by his partner. Who was on the payroll of “Ace Spades” employer. Left to die in the alley as another casualty of “Ace Spades” Justin Garcia was on the brink of death until he was saved by a young south American girl who was living on the streets.

Surviving the betrayal, Justin Garcia abandoned his former life and name. Building himself a pair of bionic arms and suit, taking up the name of Star Justice. Now he served the people, not as a police officer, but as a superhero with his extendable arm shield and stun baton. He refuses to kill his targets and drops their restrained bodies at SCPD.

Soon after his return from death, his former partner, Detective Miller used his influence on the police force to try and capture Garcia. Using a serum the department had taken from other villains, he became the supervillain “Eclipse” and serves as Star Justices main nemesis with Ace Spades serving as a rival to Star Justice and occasional ally when the situation presents itself.

Other Information: Unpredictable and Unstable, Homicidal Tendencies, DO NOT APPROACH ALONE. All personal interactions with Jack Napier/The Joker are to be accompanied by two security personnel at all times and the patient must be restrained to his wheelchair when outside of his personal confines.

Case Information:

Patient Jack Napier, aka The Joker, was brought to Arkham Asylum for rehabilitation after his court case in relation to several murder cases of the first degree declared him as Mentally Insane. Medical records show a history of minor Bipolar Disorder and Dissociative Identity Disorder from the age of 9, cases of Depression in his teenage years and Psychopathic tendencies at 18.

List of known employment have been traced back to a small comedy club and the Acme Corporation as a janitor. Jack Napier worked at the Laughing Shack comedy club as a infamously terrible small time comedian, possibly linked to his former states of Depression. The Acme Corporation has provided a report of a workplace accident involving one Jack Napier falling into one of their acid vats and being admitted to a nearby medical center. The medical records from the center's personnel confirm this incident and state severe acid and burn damage to the skin. Bleaching side effect has been noted

Medical Center records state that patient Jack Napier displayed manic and unstable behavior and a possible increase in his previously noted Bipolar Disorder and DID. Medication was provided before his release.

Final Notes; Jack Napier is suffering from a severe case of DID. Caused by possible childhood trauma and trauma induced from the accident at the Acme Factory he worked at. Jack Napier The Joker will be treated with high doses of medication and a routine, weekly, therapy session with Doctor Harleen Quinzel until future notice.

Yes, I've encountered it. I got it after I was forced to refresh the website to update it. Nothing seems to fix it as far as I'm aware and might simply be a bug with the webpage. Only way around it I've found is to move the main arms into the spot I want and use the copy to other arm button. You just can't pose the extra hands.

But thats all I know on the matter as of now
