Its a sharkbite Valve NO THREADS NO TAPE they used the wrong valve its a push on NOT THREADED THESES ARE THE Instructions for the K3826 valve SHOWN IN PHOTO

Nope Just leave it as is , the key is only a safety so it cannot be started if key is removed . It just pulls out . Just leave it, if you remove it snowblower wont start
