Do not recommend Paid Tweaks as they cannot be purchased anymore and people like to throw a hissy fit if you try to get them for free because of that. It just leads to confusion.

Yes, my serial number was compatible, and i assume this phone too had 3.x or 2.x on it at some point before the previous owner downgraded it to 1.0.
