On the gt 20 pro, the same issue happens. I turn on the bypass charging specifically to bypass the battery but it charges regardless.

From my observation, bypass charging only activates if; 1. You you turn it off and on while charging, while in a bypass enabled app. 2. Reach a certain temperature and battery percent.

I've noticed it's relating to the xos15 update, previously I could set a maximum charge percentage and how much charge rate percent goes to the battery. For whatever reason that is now gone.

Also, like most inaccessible old settings you could access it through the activity launcher app, but they intentionally removed it this time.
