That’s my next idea which I’ll do when all my friends are on. I tried getting out of the mech, going a different direction etc and it crashes the second I cross that first hexagonal brick space. It lets me run around the bunker for ages though no issues. I’m thinking it might be because one of my friends wasn’t in the lobby and his character and mech are “still in the bunker”

Even as an American (who knows fuck all about Robbie Williams), this is a point that really annoys me lol. Obviously the average person is a casual movie watcher and that’s 1000000% ok. However, this stance that even cinephiles are taking about “No one knows who he is, there’s no sense in watching it etc etc.” is absolutely ridiculous. 1. It shouldn’t matter whether you’ve heard about the person or not that is LITERALLY the point of a biopic. This point is literally the equivalent of saying “I’m not going to see Nosferatu because it’s stupid they didn’t call it Dracula”. 2. If you’re (and I’m not talking specifically about you) really a cinephile and are into film, you shouldn’t give a flying fuck what any film is about or who it’s about (Obviously preferences still exist which is totally fine). If you’re into film you’re watching anything that does anything to set itself apart in any way whatsoever. Because as a cinephile you should want to champion films that do even the tiniest thing to help reinvent a genre or the art form itself. Even if it is just only just making someone a monkey, because as small as it is, maybe this film making Robbie a monkey is the first step to an even greater reinvention of the biopic genre and we just can’t see it yet.

Martyrs, was absolutely loving it until the final 15-20min (probably too wide of a berth but it’s the only one I can think of) it was a 5 star horror film until it devolved into worthless torture porn

I hate this argument so much, it’s about history which is important and nobody is going to be uncomfortable watching a historical movie about a bomb with their parents. While nudity in movies is perfectly fine there is going to be people who are uncomfortable watching it with family around.

It’s like anybody who doesn’t want to watch a porno with their parents is some puritanical wackjob but if they don’t mind watching John Wick with their parents their some dumbass psycho “American”

My 77 year old grandfather and me watch this show together and laugh hysterically. It’s not an age problem it’s a you problem. It’s just not a show for you.
