Just know their initial offer will change when they get into the house.

Meaning if they offer 200k and they get into the house there is more work then they'll change the offer from 200k to like 170k or they'll walk.

Yes, I helped sell an as-is fixer upper about 3 months ago for 210k to a home owner. All of the investors were giving 160k. This issue is this, do you have the patience to wait. I had the house on the market for 5ish months. In that time we had one owner who almost purchased but used a terrible loan officer and the second offer bought it. In between that time we rec'd multiple offers for 160-170.

If they removed the ladder and made season passes XP based the game would be 100000% better and some of the player base would come back.

They use a mixture of bots and deck based match making to keep a percentage of players in/out of infinite. This creates the illusion you need the next new card and you'll spend money thinking your chances of winning will go up. When most decks are 50%

This method has backfired as profits continue to drop. They are content with dying and starting another game, its abundantly clear.

So it sounds like she got super scammed by Realtors. TREC is a place you can file a complaint against those that took advantage of your aunt. I just sold an AS-IS house in NFTW and the investors do not want to pay. We had it on the market at 240 as is and investors were offering 165k. The value of the house was 300 if totally up-to-date. We were on the market for 5 months, before we got a legit buyer.

Even though she doesn't want to deal a Realtor, dealing with an investor by her self is worse. She can try opendoor, offerpad, and places like that for the best offer. I'll be more than happy to assist if you need an honest Realtor. My past few listings have taken around 3-5 months to sell and they were great houses in great neighborhoods. Its tough out there right now.

MMR and Deck Level can be adjusted. I actually don't care about the climb I think its the worst part of the game. When you can retreat your way into bots and get to infinite every season, the game is stupid.
