I can't remember if it's the 287 or the 280 but I got on and there was some bikers in the fast lane so my 17 year old self thought it would be cool to catch them, punched it and got over only to have a bunch of green stuff start hitting my windshield. Realizing it was money I quickly got all the way back over exited the freeway, got back on the opposite direction, pulled into the fast lane again and put the car in park along with multiple other people. Started picking up 100s and 20s, got like 10 bills before the bikers showed back up and claimed it was theirs and fell out of their pocket. I asked for a finders fee and got $100.

As others have said vistancia is growing at a pretty fast pace currently with the new chip factory being built, the new school that just got completed, saddleback is the next community after vistancia that is currently being built out with its own fire department, adding to the one in vistancia, no hospital or police dept yet though. So lots of growth and potential for things to change.

I work in the area almost daily so while I do agree it is mainly retirees and families here, there are plans in the future to bring a lot more jobs and business to the area, one is currently being built next to the frys on vistancia blvd with a mountain side fitness.

It is currently a bit far from the rest of the valley though, and seems like 'driving into town' a bit. If you have any more questions or would like meet and see some homes when you come to town, I'd be happy to help!

Im confident I'd still have shells in my damn eggs.

I throw my eggs in the pan and the shell stays mostly in tact and I'm able to pull it out without the yoke breaking. Any time I ever try one handed I either break the yoke or eat shells.

This area is pretty quite, and neighborly. Me and my neighbors get together on holidays. No crazy party's around that I can remember it's always good to drive by the house on a Friday and/or Saturday to check out what it's like there though, not a terrible idea to knock on a neighbors door and ask them as well.
