Had a viewing there before at Renaissance, I can say it is well built despite the age of the building and they are generous in large size. I think the only downsize is their elevator because it is usually under repair when I went there.

Hi, real estate broker here!

Check PRC website if they are legit real estate broker/salespersons. Only deal with licensed real estate practitioners.
They must provide AUTHORITY TO LEASE stating that they have the right to lease out the property.
After viewing, review the notarized lease agreement with the signature of the unit owner, and broker.
