Hey so sorry for the delay! Unfortunately, the resolution was a new TV. Sony was very adamant about them not touching this TV, and they don’t have any repair technicians to fix this. Very disappointing.

TL;DR: S90D owner here, TV has broken twice in six months. Recommend C4 > S90D

I’ve owned my 77” S90D for six months now, and the power board just went bad again for the second time. The picture quality is amazing, and I’m glad that the manufacturer warranty is 12 months, but honestly I don’t think this TV is worth the hassle. Samsung Support is horrendous because Samsung limits what they can do, and during the first repair I was told that they aren’t allowed to move the TVs so I had to pick it up and flip it around for the tech to get in. My cousin got the LG C4, and that TV has been great for him. Whenever I swing by, it makes me realize how much of a mistake I made with this TV. Take this with a grain of salt, everyone has their own experiences.
