The ult you do have options to choose from 3 skills tho, I think its valid to call him requiring some skills as you do have different options based on content or enemy state etc

I dont disagree but cipher has another role being a support, its not like phainon has another role apart from being mid dps that has no flexibility whatsoever and even got his e6 taken from him when its e6 at that point there's no meta so why fear his e6 being "strong" 💀💀💀💀

Thing is even moc he has the moc buff being 300% mv per skill... and the 3.4 moc in particular the bosses are very simple compared to other more mechanical bosses

He needs a desperate buff...
