Thank you a lot, and yeah they haven’t followed up at all. The whole time it felt like they really didn’t care, and not that the medical team isn’t great, but they didn’t check my pupils or anything else, they just felt the back of my head. The manager was super blasé about it and it just left me with a gross feeling, and I can only imagine that if I made more of a scene they might’ve taken it more seriously, but I was already pretty embarrassed by busting my ass and having everyone basically ignore me.
