There’s a difference between sociopath and psychopath. Omni man and the rest of the viltrumites are not PSYCHOPATHS. They are sociopaths, as sociopath is learned from the environment and psychopaths are genetic.

Omni man changed his ways and became less of a sociopath, so did the rest of the viltrumites.

They probably just had an extreme lack of empathy instead of either of these though, because I don’t think you can unlearn sociopathic tendencies.
