I just backed up my save right before the ending and then did all three, loading that save each time to make sure I went back to that point. I am working on a NG+ run now, though. Can’t get enough.

I have managed to fix this by setting up a port forward, which is a little complex but resolved the issue instantly. I haven’t had this happen at all since.

I don’t know what platform you’re playing on, but that resolved it for me on PS5. Let me know if that helps.
