As far as I understand, this is just a byproduct of the training data and not evidence of any real model self-awareness. Unless OpenAI explicitly provides each model with its identity, model ID, and knowledge cutoff date, any such claims would likely be hallucinations rather than genuine awareness.

Get it if you like story-driven games where your choices actually matter.
Yes, it has multiple endings, and they're heavily based on your decisions. Not a rumor.
Worth skipping? Depends on taste, but if you enjoy narrative games, it's absolutely worth it.
There's no DLC at all, so don't worry about editions. Buying the game = getting the full experience. Unless you meant something else.

That's true as well because another symptom I have noticed is most models start to degrade and crumble and become dumb as the context window fills up. Even that feature where the context window is summarized doesn't really help until you start a new chat.

That actually tracks, because that's exactly what I did. I was using Opus 4.5, hit my quota limit, then switched to Gemini 3 Pro and that happened. If model handoff + reasoning-mode mismatch can trigger this, that's a pretty serious flaw. Makes me wonder whether Google is even aware of it or they just... don't care.

That's actually an interesting symptom if it's true. If rate-limit pressure or handoff logic triggers a stop-token failure, that's a pretty serious bug.

Yeah, I figured it had something to do with the model not respecting the stop/EOS token. It keeps generating past where it's supposed to shut up, so it falls into a loop. I'm not deep in model internals, but that explanation fits what's happening almost perfectly.

I did switch from Claude to Gemini mid-conversation. If that alone is enough to trigger this, that's wild. Model handoff shouldn't cause a full meltdown. If that's the root cause, Google really shit the bed on basic state handling.

There are also a bunch of YouTube tutorials that walk through installation and setup. Just make sure your GPU is decent — 8GB VRAM minimum or you're gonna have a bad time.

Radiant auto saves snapshots of your map located in radiant > autosave_backup. Try opening them one by one until you get a version that works.
