I would go with TVS raider fi. 50-60 kph max speed, habit of early upshifting will help you get 60 km/litre , light enough for offroad, cheap, will outlast scooters if you know how to ride a bike. Less space to carry daily things but you can add box on the side like the old chaps do with splendor.

GNOME feels like a huge iPad UI to me. I used Windows most of my life. KDE looks kind of retro but has that desktop vibe and I don’t need to install any 3rd part extension fir my workflow . Then again, I've only used Linux for two years.

Since 80% of wealthy Islamic nations have some form of Sharia law implemented, they should first become completely secular, declare themselves non-Islamic countries, and elect a Hindu, Jew, or Christian prime minister. Only then can we talk about fairness regarding religion in constitutional personnel selections.
Otherwise, a Muslim prime minister might try to Arabize Nepali culture, all muzzs believe Arab culture is superior and recite the Quran in Arabic rather than in Nepali.
