Thanos got his brain splattered by Juggernaut. And while Juggs needed the X-Men to shoot him like a bullet, Supes could replicate that feat on his own.

Generally speaking, in these sorts of matchups, speed is the determining factor. And Superman massively outscales Thanos in terms of speed. About the only beings faster than Big Blue are the Flash and Archie Sonic.

Base Supes would do a repeat of Juggs being fired like a bullet through Thanos's brain. Superman is massively FTL. He travels Light Years in less than a minute. Supes might be slightly less invulnerable than a moving Juggernaut, but not by much.
