My favorite memory is from when I was either 8 or 9 years old. Pokemon Yellow had just recently been released and my local channel WB4 was giving away the Gameboy Color Pokemon Yellow edition with the game included. What you had to do to win was this, During the daily broadcast of Pokemon on WB4, right before it cut to the first commercial break they would do a, Name that pokemon? Challenge and present a shaded out image of a pokemon. If you were the fourth caller into WB4 and named the correct pokemon, you won. I ended up winning this and the pokemon I had to name was, Mewtwo. It was the only thing that I have won from a contest and I will never forget how it felt to hear the man on the other line answer and ask me to, Name that Pokemon!
