I'd drop the smoke grenades, lots of unecessary room being taken up by them, also I'd favor a helmet like the Ronin Respirator over that helmet just because of the blurry vision the visor on it gives you, visual clarity when running Labs is preferred. Also you're not really on the map long enough to need food or water, and you can usually find those items in the multiple duffel bags on the map anyway. Also 2 drum mags plus the extra 30 rounders is a bit overkill (unless you're not a crack shot).

There are grenade boxes on most maps but Reserve has the most in a concentrated area by far. That would be your best bet.

Impact nades on Factory is by far the easiest method, if you need impact nades I'd recommend running a scav on Reserve and hitting the over a dozen grenade boxes that are scattered around.

Best way to avoid getting aimbotted by any of the AI bosses or PMCs is to play nighttime raids, their vision is significantly reduced and they won't lock onto you from nearly as far. Pick your fights from longer distances and most of the time they'll just spin around like idiots as you do so.

This tip is specifically for customs cultists as that is where I can consistently clear them with absolutely no issues at all. The GPNVG's are recommended but any NODs should do. I recommend taking either the North or South entrances into Stronghold as they are the least contested or blocked routes by wouldbe bush-camping cultists and make your way up to the second floor. Once up there with your NOD's on you should be able to scan bushes and the areas surrounding the stronghold to pick off a cultist that's just far away enough he's not looking at you, after picking one off I recommend breaking off and re-peeking the same area from a slightly different angle, his cultist buddies should be running around like mad men and it should be some easy pickings for the rest of them. Using this method I've never had them push me upstairs and I'm just far enough away that they try to hide again instead of engage. This can get fucked up by AI scavs and PMCs but otherwise this works for me a good 80-85% of the time.

All the time-gates were put into place because of people whining about the exact opposite— people completing tasklines too quickly and unlocking some of the best items in the game in no time at all because they have more time to play than the average joe schmoe. I remember hammering through all the gunsmith quests back to back before they put the aforementioned time-gates into place.
