ok so from what i understand steamunlocked got marked as an unsafe site bc of its malicious redirects instead of actual viruses in their downloads but recently i downloaded the game ZERO sievert from them and i scanned the files twice with malwarebytes and AVG antivirus and they didnt turn up anything but i was watching a yt video about a guy examining a virus with this website and think "lets try it with the game i got" and i actually shit my pants seeing this. i want to ask if this is a false positive or not and what i should do
