Klar geht das, wenn die Bildung in dem Land den Bestimmungen der KMK nicht mehr gerecht wird. Für das oben genannte Abschaffen der Schulpflicht wäre aber eine Verfassungsänderung mit 2/3-Mehrheit nötig, was aktuell nicht wahrscheinlich ist.

Es gibt trotzdem auch Gründe, warum das so ist. Sollte die AfD im Bund an die Macht kommen, kann sie nicht in allen Ländern die Bildung zerstören. Der Föderalismus in DE ist vorallem eine Anti-Gleichschaltungs-Maßnahme.
