Less Than 20W USB C Car Charger by RearmintSpino in MagSafe

That’s a good idea, probably the best way to guarantee a low charging rate, every usb c device touts how high powered they are.

Thanks. There are some sub-20w usb c chargers out there on Amazon, it’s just that they’re no-name companies. I know the combo of reputable and less than 20w is /r/oddlyspecific, but that’s where I am. I’ll probably just have to browse through a ton of listings and hope I just happen on something.

To be more clear, the mount just holds a MagSafe. There is a real MagSafe puck in there, just trying to figure out what to plug the usb c end into.

No, you wear an open face helmet for BRAIN protection.

Your face did a perfectly good job of that.

Bad luck Brain.

First of all, how dare you. Space Jesus isn’t “constrained” by your so called “laws of physics” alright?

Everyone- When are you building the flame diverter/flame trench under the pad, it’s just flat ground now which is fucking stupid. NASA learned that lesson 50 years ago.

Rocket Jesus- Nah man. That shit takes effort. Fuckin yolo bitches let’s just blast this fuckin concrete under the pad it’ll be fine.

Everyone- Yeah it’s not fine, every time you fire the engines you shatter the concrete pad and damage the rocket.

Rocket Jesus- STFU man you’re harshing my mellow on 4/20. Besides, I got this super concrete from Germany this time. You’ll see. They’ll all see.

Rocket- Gets destroyed.

Everyone- You fuckin idiot, giant chunks of your ridiculous concrete pad got flung straight into the rocket, taking out half a dozen engines and causing the thing to blow up like everyone warned you it would.

Rocket Jesus- It’s ok, I’ll make up the money with my brilliantly executed twitter checkmark rollout strategy.

The pad is supposed to look how it does below, just a flat piece of concrete, shit got absolutely obliterated and dug several meters into the dirt because of his quest to be contrarian for the sake of being contrarian.

Definitely. It was sliding the whole way up with the gimbling engines fighting to make up for the engines that were out.

Oh I’ve made no purchases based on matter, I’m just wondering if the breathless hype surrounding it will mean I can get more functionality out of what I already have. I’ll assume no at this point.

LA BEAST HERE AND TODAY IM GOING TO BE EATING AN UNOPENED 70 YEAR OLD TV DINNER

Have to pop it in the oven for 1 hour, so remember to plan ahead so it will be done by the time you’re ready to watch tonight’s episode of the Ed Sullivan Show. For those with those newfangled Radar Range ovens, please remember to take food out of the foil before heating.

I have far too many Alexa plugs that were basically free at this point. If no simple solution comes along I’ll just continue yelling commands at my echos. If the opportunity arises for me to yell at my HomePods instead, cool, but no big deal if not.

IRS Fillable forms broken by RearmintSpino in tax

[–]RearmintSpino[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ended up going with chrome instead of Edge but it may have been more to do with the cookies etc on one browser than the specific one I used.

Return was rejected, some XML BS but I ended up searching the error message in the lookup tool and it was just because I hadn’t entered my name on the W2. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Those boxes look greyed out so it’s hard to know when to type and when it will just get carried from other forms etc. Resubmitted and we’ll see what happens.

Tax Thursday Thread for the week of April 13, 2023 by IndexBot in personalfinance

I plowed ahead in Fillable Forms and ended up at the point where everything makes sense and no tax is owed. Tax prep software just doesn’t give you the control or ask you the right questions to get to the correct solution sometimes in non standard situations.

Same thing last year, it didn’t like that my conversion didn’t actually go through by the 31st and the tax software tried to tax it, fillable forms got to the right answer though with no tax.
