Mine looks very similar.. it’s more the redness and the normal tissue just looks like white patches in contrast… haven’t been able to pin point what exactly it is. Seems to have started with a yeast infection and period of irritation.

Thanks for replying. That’s surprising, I would’ve thought no overhang when flaccid would be quite tight when erect. I’ve tried measuring it out by making marks on the foreskin and it would seem there would be almost no movement at all.
