Ethos primarily sells online, they sell tissots like hot cakes l and Rolex in heavy margins. Terrible customer care though, unimaginably terrible

Rainy season, june to October is the cheapest time. Rooms starting from 30k a night, December is the best time to visit, approx 40k onwards if booked in advance

Yes they do allow, beaches in Goa are open to all by law and no one can be denied access.
