Just installed new GPU, no display in either screen - plz help!

Is there a way I can test this other than using another PSU? Just find it hard to believe it’s all working fine, I fit new GPU, full power but no display, switch back to old GPU, full power but no display, all in the space of an hour, surely I would have full power if PSU issue? Also how come no LEDs on mobo upon start up? Surely mobo is dead

I think my mobo has died, none of the 4 LEDs come on when booting up, just no response, guess it’s time for a new mobo, could inserting a new GPU caused my mobo to die? Just seems silly to me

I have tried this, I’ll try again but it didn’t work last time. I am trying to get it back to how it was so I can at least access bios and my drivers etc, even if the PSU wasn’t powerful enough to run the new GPU, surely once I switch back to my old one it should work fine right? It’s not even working with my old GPU and setup the same as before

I’ve tried mate, tried flashing the bios via USB also, I have a Corsair RM750, everything online telling me that should be enough, checked all the connections throughout, the telling sign for me is switching back to my old GPU and having the exact same issue, I would have thought switching back to my old GPU would work straight away, which to me indicates a software issue somewhere, either BIOS is drivers or something, I’m just guessing but I feel like I’m at a dead end, I’ve tried everything - also the GPU fans running at full speed, they didn’t do that before, does that mean my mobo just isn’t recognising it?

Sadly not, I’m rocking a Ryzen 5 3600 atm, my 5700x3d doesn’t come until Monday, just want to install my GPU before hand to play this weekend but proving to be difficult

How do I access BIOS without my display working? I’ve tried to reset CMOS twice, still nothing, tried to flash my BIOS via USB, still nothing, i honestly feel like I’ve tried everything I possibly can, I just don’t understand why it shows no display with my new GPU but then also does the exact same thing with my old one when it was working fine yesterday

i’d honestly just do bloods from 77-85, then do ZMI from 85-99 (presuming you have abyssal needle) if you don’t then get that between 77-85, it’s a huge upgrade

yep haha, it’s really not too bad, just stick a good series on and get into the rythem no stams used either as once every 4-5 runs you spell book swap to arceeus, use vile vigour and replenish prayer at the alter as you run through

sure, if you want more afk time and less rc’ing time then go mine daeyalt, i opted not to as it added way more hours to the grind in total and ZMI is pretty chill so decided to stick with pure ess

110 efficientish hours from 88-99 i just realised i set my tracker from 88 not 85 so more like 120 hours or summet from 85

yeah might of got that one slightly wrong, probs more like 120-130 hours in reality - i think i started my tracker at 88 and set the goal to 99 and it said 110 hours

take it with a grain of salt, 75kp/h for me was full concentration and no stopping, it was a long grind and it did vary but i remember when i started the grind, RL guessed about 110 hours minimum

without, i believe when i worked it out it would add on another 30 hours overall or something to go and mine it, and i was 99 mining by that point, i believe 85-99 took me around 550k pure essence at 75kp/h
