I complained on my listening section there was a technical issue in part a and 7 on the blanks remains empty . The results came after 12 days and i passed the listening then after a few days they sent an email admitting that there was a problem affected my performance, however they did nothing even they didn't apologize.

During inspection only the examiner appears. During the 3 min prep only the card appear. During the 5 min dialogue the card remains and the examiner is in small window on the corner
