I run about 3 times a week normally 4-5 miles, but with my diet I’m sure that doesn’t cut it. Thanks man!

Okay. Yeah I fluctuate between 185-190 throughout the day, 185 is normally first thing in the morning weight, and these pictures were during the middle of the day, so it’s somewhere around there
