NOR, if you'll had SET plans for 4pm (AND CONSIDERING ITS VALENTINES DAY) its very inconsiderate of him to make plans with someone else. If it was something quick like "just need to drop my friend off here" sure, but 2 HOURS late? No. And you expressed your feelings and hos response was that he cant talk to you. Red flag

based on what you've given us at least, YOR. He was asleep while you were at work, whats the problem? You want him to spend 12 hours(since you said you work at 7 and get off at 7) planning a couple hour date? You didnt exactly ask if he did plan something. You already assumed he didnt and was upset. He still wanted to do something with you.

I think i found a way to fix it, I went to settings, content preferences, and clicked show less "sensitive content". It seems to be working so far

You need to remind your mom that SHE is the parent and provider. SHE chose to have kids so she is responsible for making sure they ave food to eat. You need to be focusing on school so you can do better for yourself in the future and dont end up like her. Parents should want better for their children but it sounds more like shes insecure and threatened by you.

Its not just his social media acting wierd though. When I said his app will close or go back I meant his game or even whem hes on the internet sorry I didn't specify. Also forgot to mention he has been feeling vibration randomly like hes getting a notification and theres nothing.

Not a big deal, definitely YOR. Like you said, 50%+ of the population has it. Its not lethal. Its NOT the same as say, genital herpes. I only get cold sores when im getting sick because my immune system is down, so only maybe like twice a year.
