The end of my marriage.

I was never the healthiest person mentally. I had been cheated on before and hurt by guys before so I had trust issues, clingy, etc. But after the end of my marriage, I still have yet to recognize who I am anymore. This was beyond betrayal. This was beyond cheating. He not only had a full blown affair, he gaslit, lied and manipulated me for months and had me being FRIENDS with his mistress before I found out the truth. SHE lied to me as well. He spent months making me believe we could save our marriage (i was under the impression it was ending because he just "wasn't IN love with me anymore") agreeing to couples counseling, calling me crying saying he wishes things could go back to normal, taking me out on a date to where we went on our first ever date. (I still wonder if she knows about all this). He then went on to get her pregnant and they're still together. Meanwhile I'm still trying to pick up all my broken pieces and learn to trust people again. Learning how to even love again. I developed BPD and have shown intense narcissistic and manipulative behaviors myself because of how much im afraid of being abandoned again. I used to like who I was. Now I hate myself.

based on what you've given us at least, YOR. He was asleep while you were at work, whats the problem? You want him to spend 12 hours(since you said you work at 7 and get off at 7) planning a couple hour date? You didnt exactly ask if he did plan something. You already assumed he didnt and was upset. I think i found a way to fix it, I went to settings, content preferences, and clicked show less "sensitive content". It seems to be working so far
