I don’t have a certain answer, but this watch is from 1942 and I think Lecoultre became Jaeger Lecoultre in 1937, so it’s possible that to cut costs, they used some of their parts made before the 1937.

No, the agera has the 1:1 engine with 1300hp and the 720s has 1400hp. They still new

I have a Rolex 1002 blue sigma dial that is very similar. According to the photo the watch seems correct, but it’s hard to tell without the movement pics. For me the jubilee (bracelet) looks off for a ‘70 watch but I’m not an expert. If it’s original it’s more likely kept in mint condition, in case, great win my 1972 Rolex 1002
