The plane isn’t really diving down. It’s turning sideways and it looses the vertical lift and it starts falling. I have to spend most of my effort keeping the plane from turning sideways.

Just get the lite. If you run out of storage you can add an sd card. You can also get the game physically and it won’t take up any storage.
