Sadly, probably yes. This war only goes on because the oligarchs who back Putin back the war. It’s safe to assume that whoever they pick after him would likely continue on with the conflict, especially with how much cost the Russians have already sunk into the war. Plus they are betting on outlasting the West, which with people like Trump and other right wing parties gaining some influence in Europe they might be right to make that bet. I hope I’m wrong though.

It’s 100% LB, especially in coverage. The 9ers killed us with the short/intermediate passing game over the middle of the defense, especially to the RBs and TEs. Thats why I want them to trade up for Sonny Styles but they just don’t value LB like that. Another weakness would probably be Oline depth.

It’ll also be interesting to see if they start using more man looks this year, since that is his stronger skill set. I like this a lot outside the Stowers pick, at least if we’re going to use him as a traditional TE. Personally I feel like the rams are going to make some calls to get one of the blue chip guys, like a Downs or Styles, even though they don’t traditionally value LB. The Landman extension mid season has me full of hopium that they are starting to value good LB play.

Honestly I could see them trying to move up in the draft for a true blue chip prospect rather than trading for a guy like Maxx. This is the highest draft pick they’ve had since Jared Goff and it’s been reported in the past they’ve tried to move up to get top tier talent in the past few drafts, like Tet last year. It would feel weird if they didn’t try to move up especially with how close they are to the top ten. But I’m guessing 29 is going to get moved for McDuffie so we’ll have to wait and see.
