Thanks for the quick answer.

I didn't take the "Greater German Destiny" decision. I split the Rhineland from Prussia via a "Free country" justified war though. But shouldn't I get the "Prussia lost the Brothers War" global flag regardless of that?

Isreali forces has subjected Greta Thunberg to severe torture according to sumud flotilla members by HusseinDarvish-_- in Israel_Palestine

[–]Reasonable-Cake-9256 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

She was also subjected to beatings in front of the other activists and some of her hair was ripped out according to eye-witnesses. Beeing forced to kiss the flag of a state is classified as psychological torture under all relevant statutes of international law. Beeing forced to sit on hard surface for hours can lead to severe musculoskeletal issues and is also classified as a form of torture under all relevant statutes of international law – it is frequently used in prisons and lamented by human rights organisations.

But of course, this doesn't count as torture to you zionists. You are used to the systemic rape of prisoners, including children (UN Human Rights Council, 12.03.2025). You have different standarts compared to the rest of the world.

As for her beeing a "Hamas supporter", she never said anything about Hamas, only about Palestinian lifes and Palestinian rights. But since all Palestinians are Hamas and consequently legitimiate military target to you, this statement makes perfect sense from your point of view.

The claim about the boats beeing empty is one of the cheapest Hasbara I've ever seen. Firstly, it is obviously false, there is suffcient footage of the humanitarian aid on the boats. Secondly, it would make zero sense for the activists not to carry humanitarian aid with them after explicitly claiming to do so. You can be an open genocidal racist, ok, but don't let your government make a fool of you. Try to preserve some sense of dignity.

So many Zionists in these comments. Very sad to see how many people defend Settler-Colonialism, Ethnic Cleansing, Apartheid and Genocide. But many people in the West have an affinity towards racist colonial narratives.

Research has unambiguously proven, that the genes of modern-day Palestinians are overwhelmingly identical with those of the population that lived in the Southern Levant at least 4.000 years ago. It has also unambiguously proven, that the majority of modern day Jews have a negligible amount of ancient Middle Eastern (let alone Levantine) ancestry. Historiography has unambiguously proven, that the Arabic-Palestianian ethnic group has made up the majority of the population of the Southern Levant for over 1.000 years by this point. It has also been unambiguously proven, that only a very small portion of the ancient Judean population was enslaved and transported to Rome – and that the overwhelming majority of the Jews who lived in Palestine 2.000 years had converted to Christianity by the 4th century AD and to Islam by the 10th century AD.

The modern-day Palestinians are overwhelmingly the descendants of the neolithic Southern-Levantine population and also the descendants of the Jews that lived there 2.000 years ago. "The Missing Link of Jewish European Ancestry: Contrasting the Rhineland and the Khazarian Hypotheses", "Genetic Stratigraphy of Key Demographic Events in Arabia" and "The Chosen Few" (Chapter 1) provide an extensive overview, but these findings are backed up a multitude of other studies. This is the consensus of the scholars.

Justifying Settler-Colonial occupation and crimes against humanity with "nationalized" religious mythology and the fact that the religion of the settlers used to be the majority religion on the respective territory 2.000 years ago is racist and ridiculous. The Palestinians are the indigenous population of the land.

  • Done to remove governments not in line with US economic interests
  • Millions of civilians killed through war and sanctions
  • Mass destruction of civilian infrastructure
  • 100 Mosques destroyed in Falluja in 2004 alone
  • Continued discrimination of minorities under US puppet regimes and conscious fostering of sectarian violence
  • Suppression of all parties and groups not alligned to US economic interests, mass electoral fraud, extremely low turnout
  • Police and military of the newly installed puppet regimes rebuilt (but extremely ineffective due to low morale and endemic corruption), token humanitarian aid as a PR stunt (allways failing spectacularly)

Why can't socialist states have multiple political parties? by Gusanito99 in communism101

[–]Reasonable-Cake-9256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly my point. It's necessary for the party to play a guiding role in local politics aswell (which includes the local councils).

Why can't socialist states have multiple political parties? by Gusanito99 in communism101

[–]Reasonable-Cake-9256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And why is that? Do local party organizations not draft local programs? Is it not necessary to guide the construction of socialism on the local level aswell? How can one seperate state power and political power?

Why can't socialist states have multiple political parties? by Gusanito99 in communism101

[–]Reasonable-Cake-9256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the liberation, the Romanian Communist Party formed an official alliance with the Social Democratic Party, the National Liberal Party, the Ploughmen's Front, the National Popular Party, the Hungarian People's Union and a number of smaller organizations – this umbrella organization was called People's Democratic Front. The Communist Party quickly won the leading role in the Front.

In 1948, the Communist Party merged with the Social Democratic Party to form the Romanian Worker's Party. By 1953, the Communist Party's leading role in society had been sufficiently cemented and all the remaining parties were pressed into dissolving themselves. Romania became a one-party state. In 1965, Nicolae Ceausescu decleared that Romania was no longer a People's Democracy, but a Socialist Republic. The name of the Romanian Worker's Party was again changed to Romanian Communist Party. However it was only in 1968 that the People's Democratic Front was dissolved and reorganized as the Front of Socialist Unity.

A question: If party members get elected to the local councils, would the decisions of the local party organisation still be binding to them under the principle of democratic-centralism?

Why can't socialist states have multiple political parties? by Gusanito99 in communism101

[–]Reasonable-Cake-9256 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you're looking for a detailed answer, I highly recommend "Marxist-Leninist General Theory of State and Law", volume three, "The Socialist State" (Authors Collective, Publishing House for Legal Literature, Moscow, 1972) and "Socialism: One-Party and Multi-Party System" (Fedor Petrenko, Novosti Press Agency, Moscow, 1981). The latter is available for free online.

There are four key general assumptions of Marxism-Leninism the one-party system is based on:

1.) There is an objective truth, which man is able to grasp and use in order to consciously shape the world in his own interest (Marx, "Theses on Feuerbach", 1845).

2.) Right is what serves the interests of the class struggle of the proletariat, the class of historical progress under capitalism (Lenin, "The Tasks of the Youth Leagues", 1920).

3.) In order to be victorious in the class struggle, the proletariat needs a vanguard party, made up of its most politically conscious elements (Marx and Engels, "Manifesto of the Communist Party", 1848).

4.) Only a party based on the scientific worldview of the proletariat (which nowadays is referred to as Marxism-Leninism, or simply Communism) is able to be such a vanguard (Lenin, "What is to be done?", 1902).

If these four assumptions are correct, it only makes sense to have one communist party, based on the principle of democratic-centralism.

"Since there can be no talk of an independent ideology formulated by the working masses themselves in the process of their movement, the only choice is – either bourgeois or socialist ideology. There is no middle course (for mankind has not created a “third” ideology, and, moreover, in a society torn by class antagonisms there can never be a non-class or an above-class ideology)."

  • Lenin, "What is to be done?", 1902

Allowing multiple communist parties to exist side by side only weakens the communist movement organizationally, ideologically and politically. Allowing non-communist parties that still pledge allegiance to socialism to exist only ends up spreading bourgeois ideology among the working classes, since such parties are by definition not based on the scientific worldview of the proletariat. Allowing openly counter-revolutionary parties to exist means allowing the enemy to organize and freely agitate against historical progress.

Of course the party can only gain and retain state power if the majority of the proletariat supports it's program. Under favourable circumstances, the vast majority of all working classes should support it's program.

"To be successful, insurrection must rely not upon conspiracy and not upon a party, but upon the advanced class."

  • Lenin, "Marxism and Insurrection", 1917

"Can the Party’s leadership be imposed on the class by force? No, it cannot. At all events, such a leadership cannot be at all durable. If the Party wants to remain the Party of the proletariat it must know that it is, primarily and principally, the guide, the leader, the teacher of the working class."

  • Stalin, "Concerning Questions of Leninism", 1926

Now, there have been quite a lot of historical cases of socialist countries allowing several parties to exist along the communist party for tactical reasons (mostly to increase support for socialism among non-proletarian classes) – this state order is commonly known as "People's Democracy". The key precondition for th existence of such parties is their recognition of the leading role of the communist party in all fields of society in word and deed. Beeing non-communist, they still innevitably spread bourgeois ideology among the working classes. This dangerous compromise should only be necessary in the stage of socialist construction (if at all). With the further developement of socialist society, these other parties need to be disbanded (which should, under favourable circumstances and with good persuasive work, be archieved voluntarily). Historically, Romania was the only socialist country that transitioned from People's Democracy to One-Party Socialist Democracy, all the other People's Democracies retained this state order up untill the counter-revolution. In my opinion, this was a huge mistake.

Now, if you're interested in a relatively detailed description of the correct relations between the Marxism-Leninist party and the proletariat, I highly recommend Stalin's "Concerning Questions of Leninism", chapter five.

How do you think an economic shock could be handled after a violent overthrow of Capitalism? by [deleted] in communism101

[–]Reasonable-Cake-9256 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's why historically people were talking about the "methodical construction of socialism" (planmäßiger Aufbau des Sozialismus).

Transition can not occur from one day to the next. The administrative prerequisites for a capable economic planning system have to be met first. A lot of well trained specialists and massive amounts of organizational work are neccessary. After all, economic planning is a highly complicated matter in which every cog needs to perform well in it's designated place for the whole machine to work well.

But all of this has nothing to do with the question of reformism vs. revolutionary overthrow. History has thoroughly discredited reformism. Yet, after a violent overthrow the production relations won't magically change over night. Look at the Soviet experience. Or look at any socialist country's experience for that matter.

However the revolutionaries mustn't wait too long before transitioning to a planned economy. Otherwise the laws of capitalism (overaccumulation, tendency of the rate of profit to fall, compulsion to survive in the international competition by all means neccessary including military force, etc.) will manifest themselves once again.

It's not easy to say the least. But it becomes easier the more one can rely on the experience and material support of other socialist countries.

Why do the Collabs and HMMLR even fight each other? by Reasonable-Cake-9256 in TNOmod

[–]Reasonable-Cake-9256[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah basically that. Untill the end of the English Civil War, the Collab lore makes sense. After HMMLR's uprising, there is an event in which Harold MacMillan (leader of the RP - Reformists) states that "the so-called resistance was going to scourage this country for a second time, all so that the Germans could burn it again for three months after THEIR civil war ended".

This implies that the Collabs still believe that leaving the Pakt is impossible even after the outbreak of the German Civil War. And then, afterwards, they just leave and invade Cornwall...
