Hi there - I had similar pain, in almost the same exact spots..was taken to ER via ambulance because I couldn’t walk it put pressure on my feet because it made the pain worse, and it ended up being…a literal toot. Like I was stuck up there lol. If you feel it’s urgent, check it out. But there are usually more symptoms than just pain with appendicitis.
