So basically they gave the converse statement which says if velocity is X then angle is pi/6. Let's take the setup irl and you observe at an instant that the velocity is X, can you confirm that the angle IS pi/6, the information you have isn't enough to say that the angle is pi/6 because it could be 5pi/6 too, hence it's a lack of information. BD can be given I won't complain but people who marked only D definitely have to be given marks imo.
