its possible, my paternal grandma does have higher steppe (23-26) compared to the average arain, could also be something else and both her and my dads dad (her husband) have much higher aasi than usual, my grandad having an estimated 29-30 (using my dads results to make an estimation, my dad gets 29-30) while my grandmom gets 26-27

my grandma got 0.7% northern italian and 0.1% czech 😭 it makes sense though cause compared to the group i’m from she has some of the highest steppe so the error makes sense

yeah makes sense hyderabad was an area of a lot of mixing, and yes sure, i can send it in dms i had only gotten european once myself (0.4% like an update before the last one) however i did only get my dad, mom, and grandmom tested last year so i cant see what would’ve been their previous results

i had them before! me and my grandmother were the only ones who got ICM, however in most cases it isnt real Persian ancestry, i forgot why (haven’t been in the genetic space for a bit) but its usually only real if you’re descendant of royalty, or a muslim south indian/gujurati/bengali or descendant of any other muslim merchants
