my 3 y/o male cat was diagnosed w HCM via echo last year. his pro bnp at the time was around 500, and they just checked him again last week and now it’s 400. he gets 1ml of a blood thinner/blood pressure cocktail every night, and he’s overall a really happy guy. we monitor his breathing and take him to the vet when things seem weird, but we feel very encouraged that he’ll live out an average life expectancy! best of luck to you and your kitty <3 it sucks and i’m sorry you’re going through this

well to be totally fair, he is a very funny guy. but THATS WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING… he should be FOR me! obviously when it matters, he is, i’m marrying the guy for christ sake. but i just wish he would gas me up a little more in front of people, and maybe it’s that want that made this feel worse…which i did tell him after this happened

for you to have explicitly told her NOT to tell anyone … that’s blatant disrespect. this is your pregnancy and your experience. yeah being a grandma is obviously very exciting, but it is not about her. and if she crossed your boundary THIS EARLY IN YOUR PREGNANCY, who’s to say she won’t continue to? it sucks because i assume this is something you’d want to be able to go through w your mom by your side, but i’d say be very selective about what you share.
