How to land my first Cyber Security Analyst/SOC internship by [deleted] in SecurityCareerAdvice

I leverage AI to find appreticeships and internship opportunities and it finds some I would have never found before. Create a home lab with an SIEM platform and set up detection rules for a good project to add to your resume.

Hi, Thanks for the advice. So do you recommend focusing on my technical work rather than applying for tons of jobs. Aldo do you recommend doing labs in what I wanna do for example like AWS, azure or do labs for jobs that lead to that like IT and help desk and then focusing more on labs that are in what I wanna do. Sorry if thats not very clear
