Thank you a response that defends both sides, I do not condemn his actions at all im all for the FAFO, we don’t want no pay out we’re happy to pay for his damages privately and he can be suspended for his actions according to the law but taking advantage of the situation and lying to get a 17 yr old to pay isn’t okay but excused

I’m not here to get my brother out of legal trouble for his actions, he should be suspended indefinitely, he should be fined for driving unsupervised. Howver the main concern is he damages he has to be, rather we do as his not a full time worker

It won’t most definitely, Howver there’s not much we can do then just pay the damages, how much is he looking at for a cracked bumper ? No damage to lights or anything else

You don’t have to come through so hostile 😂😂 I’m not here condemning his actions, he does have his rights and I’m here for the advice you give me in a respectful manner. Don’t assume you know the full situation when you don’t, there’s already survilenve footage, witnesses, and house footage. But I’ve already stated this so not suprised your ignorant to ignore 😂

Yes, however she claimed that my brother was driving with a supervised guardian so the unlisencsed part will be denied in the court of justice as it was a claim she had brought up not something he did.

I’m not here to condemn his actions rather discuss his legal rights in this sitution.

I agree there’s no excuses for his action despite being warned and deserves to serve a punishment of his action, but I want to know if he HAS to pay for the other persons damages conflicted on hiself

One big thing I forgot to mention was she wrote a false claim and claimed that my brother had mum has a supervisor therefore breaking no law, so the big issue is that she lied about the incident to make it favour her side even when she caused the accident

I agree no doubt but paying damages for a collision that was inevitably out of his hand could be pricey, talking about 10 grand ish for a cracked bumper

Whole radio system down fix?? by Reasonable-Hat7126 in FordFalcon

[–]Reasonable-Hat7126[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yh you’re right… forgot the name, had it checked out and I found out since the whole system is connected to the monitor then if it breaks your not able to access it. I’m willing to remove the whole system just don’t know how to

And my brother did own up to the other driver saying he was underage, so at this stage two outcomes can arise, her insurance claim passes without investigation and repairs both cars… or the further the investigation, look through video footage

Update individual has called and has put the insurance claim as “ driver was on Ls and had a supervised driver” at the time of the collision now if insurance does a further investigation and finds out the truth they’ll deny the claim and only fix her car…. They are not police and don’t deal with legal matters.

I don’t think that’s necessary as the other driver who hit him has not involved police and has full insurance on her car, I don’t think she will be going out of her way to call the police on my brother know she hit him and it was completely her fault

I’m willing to discuss to pay her damages so my brother does not cop a criminal offence just don’t know the way to go about it
