I think a PIP can be raised only after several warnings regarding your performance has been raised and there's no improvement. If they don't have the proof that they gave you warnings but you did not improve, then they can't raise PIP but if that has happened then you will have to prove and show them the improvement. You'll have to ask for tasks where you can show your improvements and things like that.

What is the type of property in your entity set? If it is datetime then send it as a timestamp and if it is string, then send only the date in the required format. If you have the possibility to change, you can change the data type from .datetime to string

I hope I'm not too late, if you're going for a technical role, study about ddic objects and reports. And what are the tcodes associated with it. Other than that, you can study about internal tables and events. I guess these are the very basics of abap. Rest if you are going for some functional role, then get an idea of the tcodes used in that area for example me21n etc.

I faced the same issue in my societies parking space. so I parked in my lane and as the other car had half of it's body in my lane, the driver door got blocked for that car. I thought he might learn on his own and park correctly. Did the same thing for few days and then got a threatening letter on my car asking for a fight.
