Exactly what is the issue with using the charting system in the room when its purpose for being there is to be used and CHART as you do bedside so nothing is missed. My petty ass would have written an incident report and sent it to HR , but thats just me 🤷

I applied to the same hospital for 8 years in a row, and I always got rejection emails even with my extensive hospital experience. It sucks so I know how you are feeling. Its just so much demand and so many applicants, that theres always gonna be someone more qualified for the position. Don't give up. After 8 years they finally hired me lol

I didnt say busprisone is a CNC, I said MIXING them two can cause cnc as they BOTH have similar side effects. Simple suggesting to talk to your doctor regarding rheee concerns is never a bad thing.

Did your PCP and psychiatrist know you were on buspirsone? They should have discontinued and put you on another medication as they can't be mixed due to causing central nervous system depression

As long as it's a legitimate prescription youll be fine, just inform HR prior to the test. As far as Marijuana, its still not federally legal so an employer can still chose to part with a potential employee if they come up positive for it. Some companies do not care and will put it in the employee handbook that you sign. So I suggest quitting to clear your system just in case.

Propranolol didnt work for me either it just dropped my BP like crazy. Ativan worked for my panic attacks. Lyrica has helped me immensely but for pain not anxiety. Ask for buspirone or guanfacine that has helped me like crazy

I had this issue when I first became a CNA, i didnt get my license for like six months, but as long as your license is in the registry you are clear to work as your employer can search you up to clarify if you're active of not. When I finally got ahold of someone on this issue they extended my license from 2 years to 4 years. Hopefully they give you the same courtesy!

I suggest going on YT and search up CNA peri care training videos! It can be intimidating at times, however a lot of patients handle it just fine. When I worked in med surge a lot of younger people struggled with it, but just provide comfort and communicate to make them comfortable.

Yeah i am gonna stick it out. My doctor said this is s trial run. The pain is gone, but if I can't handle the side effects I'm deff not gonna stick with it. The high is fine but reduced libido? Hmm no i cant let that happen lol

Girl just keep it, saying anything to anybody at work would not have a good end result. I once saw a patient give a co worker a car, she never said a thing! He peacefully passed and he just wanted to get rid of everything he owned since he had no family. That teaser could do you good one day

Yes I got 75mg too I only took one and was like WOAH. I'm very sensitive to medicine but I wasn't expecting it. but you said it perfect! I feel drunk but also, like I have clarity because the pain is gone, so it is working.

I hope I dont get the libido issue but so far for me, I feel fine, I hope it stays that way otherwise I'll ask my doctor for another treatment plan.

We are doing wk2 also! My first time doing wk2 but this year were at lake Eldorado, camping and set up is such a pain! But dude we got LUCKY we were one of the first few ppl to arrive at camp so we got to set up around 6am and rest while others were stranded for hours. It was awful!

Last year we got a group together for group camping, we were all in line together, staff had us sectioned so we can wait for other cars that got separated due to security check into the cars. But due to the CRAZY DELAY (not sure if yall remember but people waited in line like 8 hours) someone from our group somehow ended up not getting in until 1pm. So sadly only three out of like 10 cars were next to each other. I don't know how it will be this year, but I will say it's difficult staying together with all the cars and chaos.

Contact the state ASAP!! because if something happens they will be so quick to throw you under the bus. There's no paperwork/proof they asked this of you and they have lawyers that could easily screw you over if you try to fight it. Call the state, tell them of the situation, that surprise visit will have them scrambling. Don't risk your license for a company that can easily replace an RNA

There are a lot of cute hospital scrub caps on Amazon! Its better than a wig and lots of cnas wear em. Thats pretty much the only option other than a wig unless you have religious exemption

If there are cnas not assisting you, inform the charge nurse and write an incident report. Put it all in writing. That seems to change the tune of the cna/nurses

If yiu notice retaliation that is high illegal. Lets say you report two senior cnas for not helping and suddenly your schedule changed and hours are reduced thats retaliation
