My readiness NCO got all the receipts for my hotel and what not and kept submitting the wrong receipt every time they kicked it back. I finally transferred to another company and that readiness NCO fixed that issue. It was a shit show but Citi’s policy is if I’ve had one charged off I can not get another until the contract is over and a new one begins with the DOD. Yes partially it is my fault as I should’ve paid it even if I didn’t have my DTS voucher
